A native of County Kildare, Ireland, Ollie hails from a long history of whiskey makers – some more infamous than others, but all with a passion for distilling small batch spirits. Ollie opened The Great Wagon Road Distilling Company to continue the tradition of distilling right here in Charlotte. Walk into the distillery, or the bar, or talk to the man himself.
